9/27/12


Today my step mom and I went for a mile walk and a one hour yoga class. It went pretty good. I can def tell that I'm getting a lot stronger from yoga so thats kinda an improvement. I need to be in the gym like every day tho. I'm thinking of doing yoga twice a week now and not only once a week. I'm so super busy with school ahh fml time to go write a paper.

It doesn't matter...

It doesn't matter what I do for a workout. Its never good enough, long enough, hard enough. I should be happy that I at least did some sort of physical activity today, but I'm not. All I feel is that I need to go again and do it better and longer. I fucking hate this feeling.

Im still sore from either yoga or coaching cheerleading, not sure which one since I was teaching new stunts on Tuesday. I'm not sure if I like the age group I coach I wish I was coaching a senior level. I feel like the kids I coach haven't figured out their bodies and how to make them work ha or they just don't fucking listen haha. I have to go to work today and pretty sure I'm working with the girl I hate. Omg she's so annoying! She talks way too loud and is super bossy (she started working 2 days before me and already thinks she's the manager). Work sucks lately the new manager hasn't figured out how to do anything yet and she messed up the whole schedule. I just want a set schedule so I can go to yoga!! I got the stuff to do gel manicures the other day. Its so legit I love it. I'm pretty sure I'm never going back to normal nail polish ever! 

SO MY QUESTION!!!!!!!! 
To join a cross fit gym or yoga studio?!
Yoga will be $80 a month cross fit will be $110 on top of the $30 I'm already spending for my normal gym

Pretty boring day today. I woke up, cleaned my room and now I'm about to go grocery shopping and then to the gym. My parents are getting ready to leave the country so idk what I'm gonna do for a week while they are gone, probs be super bored and work a lot. I can't wait to get all kinds of healthy stuff to bring for lunch this week. 

Today when I go to the gym I think I'm going to elliptical for like an hour then do some weights. I'll probs bring my nook so I can read that for a while. I plan on being there for at least like 2 hours and hope to get an hour and half of machine time and then some stretching and cool down time. I really need to weigh myself but I'm scared what I'll weigh ugg. Oh well gotta do it sometime. 

I wish my work would update my frickin schedule so that I can plan the times I'm going to go to yoga this week. I really wanna start going to yoga like 3 times a week. It feels so good and I really think I need the time to relax.

My new job is super stressful, I feel like all I do is get yelled at. It is also really competitive and me being a competitive person makes me even more stressed. Last month I had the highest percent of sales which is really good and I got a bonus for that. I know its only the first week of june but I had the highest numbers in 2/3 categories and that makes me feel a little bit better that I'm getting off to a good start.
