I woke up, cleaned my room and now I'm about to go grocery shopping and then to the gym. My parents are getting ready to leave the country so idk what I'm gonna do for a week while they are gone, probs be super bored and work a lot. I can't wait to get all kinds of healthy stuff to bring for lunch this week. Today when I go to the gym I think I'm going to elliptical for like an hour then do some weights. I'll probs bring my nook so I can read that for a while. I plan on being there for at least like 2 hours and hope to get an hour and half of machine time and then some stretching and cool down time. I really need to weigh myself but I'm scared what I'll weigh ugg. Oh well gotta do it sometime. I wish my work would update my frickin schedule so that I can plan the times I'm going to go to yoga this week. I really wanna start going to yoga like 3 times a week. It feels so good and I really think I need the time to relax. My new job is super stressful, I feel like all I do is get yelled at. It is also really competitive and me being a competitive person makes me even more stressed. Last month I had the highest percent of sales which is really good and I got a bonus for that. I know its only the first week of june but I had the highest numbers in 2/3 categories and that makes me feel a little bit better that I'm getting off to a good start. |
